In November 2013 MJA secured a DA for this exciting large scale mixed-use development for the devWEST group. No.1 Richardson Street sets a benchmark for development in the South Perth Station Precinct. The project does justice to its landmark, bookend site fronting Richardson Park and the Kwinana Freeway by creating a waving checkered flag facade which appears as a dynamic image when viewed at high speed.
The development comprises 78 apartments and 4500sqm of commercial NLA, with substantial CBD, river, hills and golf course views in all directions. The commercial component of the site fronts the freeway ensuring maximum exposure whilst also providing shelter to the residential apartments to the east.
