The SCENTRE group is leading this new typology with Stage 1 of the Endeavor precinct.
This mixed-use development incorporates contextually appropriate design with an emphasis on civic/street activation, cross ventilation and solar access. Careful planning and considered facade articulation ensures that the building respectfully sits within the existing North-Suburban context.
