136 Churchill Avenue is a highly successful contemporary Architectural response to a complex brief incorporating a number of medical operational requirements.
On a tight urban site MJA pioneered the use of motorised car stackers in a medical application allowing a much more logical planning approach to the site.
As the primary lessee for the project was to be a plastic surgeon the brief demanded an iconic ‘face’ to address the street. MJA composed an articulated facade of smooth forms and vernacular referencing colours clad in aluminium composite panels to create a striking design.
